Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are issued by SIESTA SOLUTION s.r.o., company ID (IČO): 05203503, with registered office at Bruselská 14, 120 00 Prague 2, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 259975 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), and govern the use of the website at the address siesta-labs.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) by its visitors (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor” or “you”).

1. Introductory provisions

1.1  The Website is an informational website through which the Operator presents itself and its services in the fields of software development, product design, and related consulting and startup-studio activities.

1.2  By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and undertake to comply with them.

2. The Website and its content

2.1  The content of the Website is informational. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not constitute a binding offer, a public promise, or professional advice, and no contract for the provision of services arises from the Website itself.

2.2  Any cooperation between you and the Operator is subject to a separate agreement concluded between the parties.

2.3  The Operator may change, add to, or remove the content and functions of the Website at any time without prior notice. The Website is made available “as is”.

3. Contacting the Operator

3.1  The Website allows you to contact the Operator through a contact form or the e-mail addresses provided. Sending a message does not establish any contractual relationship and does not oblige the Operator to provide any service.

3.2  The information you provide must be accurate and complete. The Operator is not liable for any consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Rights and obligations of Visitors

4.1  You undertake to use the Website in accordance with legal regulations and these Terms. In particular, you will not:

• use the Website to send unsolicited messages, malicious software or other unlawful or harmful content,
• conceal, cover or misrepresent your identity.

5. Intellectual property

5.1  The Website and its content (in particular texts, graphics, logos, images and source code) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and are owned by the Operator or used by the Operator with the relevant permission.

5.2  The Operator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Website for your personal, non-commercial use for the duration of your use of the Website. You may not copy, distribute, modify or otherwise use the content of the Website without the Operator’s prior written consent, save for use permitted by law.

6. Liability

6.1  The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and functional but does not guarantee that it will be available and error-free at all times, in particular due to necessary maintenance or circumstances beyond the Operator’s control.

6.2  To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damage arising from the unavailability of, errors in, or use of the Website.

6.3  The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Final provisions

8.1  These Terms and all legal relationships established on their basis are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic are competent to settle any disputes.

8.2  If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or ineffective, it shall be replaced by a provision the meaning of which comes closest to the invalid provision. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision is without prejudice to the validity of the remaining provisions.

8.3  The Operator may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on the Website.

These Terms of Service take effect on 24 July 2026.
